Sylvan Learning offers a variety of STEM, academic and study skills camps that help kids continue learning when school is out. Classes here use the latest teaching methods, engaging learning games and a fun rewards system to keep kids motivated.
Ready Set Debate Summer Camps
Kids work with intercollegiate debate coaches to learn debate concepts and skills in a group setting. Each session focuses on a different debate format to help students develop a well-rounded skillset. All weeks include in-person sessions, and certain weeks also include online camp. Light homework is assigned to help reinforce the lessons.
All the Write Colors Summer Writing Camp
Camps at this happy writing place combine storytelling and art for a creative and literacy-boosting summer experience. Kids create their own books and illustrations, paired with clay figures, paintings and crafts. Families are welcome to a fun author showcase at the end of each session.
UT Dallas Chess Camp
