Quassy Amusement & Waterpark
Tracy Snyder Molina: Located on Lake Quassapaug, this amusement park features affordable family fun. The park has thrill rides including Wooden Warrior which has been rated among the top 25 wooden coasters in the world. In addition, there are family rides, kiddie attractions, waterpark, arcade, games, laser maze, lake boat rides, paddle boat rentals, yummy food and more!
Lake Compounce
Lake Compounce is the oldest continually operating amusement park in North America. It's home to the top-rated wooden roller coaster in the world, Boulder Dash, plus additional thrill rides, family and kiddie rides and 8 water rides in their huge waterpark.
Six Flags New England
Tracy Snyder Molina: The granddaddy of all amusement parks in New England is Six Flags. Thrill rides include Superman with a staggering 20 story drop and Harley Quinn Spinsanity which produces moments of complete weightlessness. Six Flags also offers plenty of kiddie rides and family attractions. On a hot day, be sure to check out the waterpark and when you're ready for a break, enjoy character and musical live performances.
Canobie Lake Park
Tracy Snyder Molina: Canobie Lake is a family-friendly amusement park just a short ride from Boston. There are thrill rides including Untamed featuring a drop that's beyond vertical at 97 degrees! For those not quite up for the thrill rides, there are family rides and kiddie rides, too. Canobie Lake also features its own waterpark and water rides that are some of the most popular on hot days.
Santa's Village
