Frederick Gymnastics hosts open gyms in their state-of-the-art 18,000 square foot, air-conditioned facility. Their facility features a tumble trak, foam pits & rod floor, a beam area, and preschool areas.
Hyper Kidz!
Hyper Kidz! is the ultimate indoor playground, featuring a Big Kid Zone (ages 3 - 13), Kid Zone (ages 2 - 7), and a Mini Zone (ages 0 - 2). The various areas feature age-appropriate activities including multi-story climbing structures, slides, obstacles, ramps & ball pits. Unique attractions include moving rides, ball blasters, and an LED-lit air slide.
My Gym
This 40-year-old franchise helps kids build confidence and self esteem through gymnastics and fitness classes at 700+ locations throughout the world. Gym members and non-members alike can enjoy all of the top-quality equipment the Potomac location has to offer during regular unstructured, parent-supervised open gym times. Kids can focus on improving skills they've learned in class, or just have a good time while bonding with mom and dad.
Scramble
christadiserio: We visited Scramble with my daughter and nephew. They're both 2 and under but I was surprised at the area they had for toddlers. It was great fun!
The Agility Center
The Agility Center is a unique facility dedicated to the combined arts of Ninja Warrior training and gymnastics technique. Participants will learn to navigate any obstacle in their path with strength, agility, precision and fluidity. Their two conjoined gyms offer a variety of engaging learning experiences. The Agility Center hosts an open gym every Saturday and Sunday with the exception of holiday weekends or other events.
Bolt Parkour
During scheduled open gym sessions, participants are welcome to drop in without being registered in classes. Bolt has a developmental area comprised of a spring floor, mats and blocks, and advanced wood blocks and metal bars.

Be with Me Children's Playseum
Children are able to explore, discover and play in the uniquely designed city shops at Be with Me Children's Playseum, created to mimic mom and dad's world but uniquely scaled to their size. Dress the part to fix a car at the mechanics shop, build a favorite pizza at the Italian restaurant, take x-rays of a patient in the hospital room or even pretend to bathe a puppy in the pet shop....they have so many rooms for them to explore!
