Philips Avent Soothie Pacifier
Shila: To me, these had to be the best pacifiers for newborns because these were what the hospital sent us home with! I later realized there were several other soothie options, however by that time, we had already begun to truly favor this one. This is made from hospital-grade, BPA free silicone all around. I found them to be super easy to clean and sterilize. The pacifiers also don't press tight around the mouth, so moisture never built up around the lips (for us!).
I also appreciated how this brand wasn't uncommon at all; if I needed, I could find replacements at nearly every grocery/pharmacy/baby store I walked into. They are affordable, too.
Tommee Tippee Glow in The Dark Pacifier
Shila: This is one of the best pacifiers for babies who tend to fall asleep independently while sucking on one - because this pacifier glows in the dark! In the middle of the night, it'll glow (up to 8 hours) for you and the baby to locate easier. This product is also inspired and shaped in a breast-like design, making it a helpful pacifier for breastfed babies.
RaZbaby Silicone Baby Teether Toy
Shila: This handy BPA free pacifier acts as a soothing gum teether for babies, too. When your baby is beginning to cut teeth, try this out on his or her sore gums. The textured pacifier can even be frozen to give gums a little cooling relief. (The silicone doesn't harden when frozen.)
