    Coffee Filter Turkeys

Shila:  Grab a few clothespins, colored markers, and coffee filters to create this cool tie-dye looking Thanksgiving craft for kids. Every child's project will end up looking unique!

    Easy Oreo Turkey Cookies

Kelly R:  This super easy turkey craft doubles as a fun Thanksgiving treat that the kids will love! Assemble these adorable turkeys with Oreo cookies, candy corn and a few other simple ingredients. They'll look cute on the Thanksgiving table!

Trader Joe's Gingerbread Turkey Decorating Kit

Michael Farina:  I realize that this is kind of a cop out -- buying pre-made cookies and frosting with pre-packaged candies, then encouraging your kids to put the candies on on the cookies and not in their mouths. This puts the semi-homemade into homecrafts, and for the past two years, my kids have had an absolute blast decorating turkeys with their cousins!

    Turkey Corner Bookmarks

Shila:  These turkey bookmarks are cute and easy origami Thanksgiving crafts for kids. Made from a printable template or you can color-your-own design from white paper, this and other easy origami projects for kids are so much fun.

    Paper Turkey Craft

Kelly R:  This is an easy craft for Thanksgiving that turns out looking really cute. My kids loved it! Print and color the turkey body, and arrange strips of colorful paper to make tail feathers.

    Beaded Pipe Cleaner Corn

Shila:  All you need are pipe cleaners and pony beads in warm, seasonal fall colors to make this awesome corn craft. These are especially great Thanksgiving crafts for kids working on fine motor skills. Parents may need to assist with some twisting, but the easier threading part with fun beads is all on the kids!

    DIY Turkey Handprints

Shila:  One of the easiest Thanksgiving crafts for kids has to be tracing your hands on paper and coloring it like a turkey! Imagine that the thumb is the turkey's long neck and the remaining digits are its feathers. Be creative on paper or take your little prints to an arts and crafts store where they can fire-up your designs on ceramic plates and platters. These could make cute take-home gifts for grandparents!

    DIY Leaf Catcher

Shila:  Leaf catchers are a seasonal take on dream catchers, and "catch" happy thoughts and notes of gratitude. These are meaningful Thanksgiving crafts for kids! Enjoy a fun family Thanksgiving activity reflecting on moments of gratitude and capturing them in this cute keepsake.

    Pumpkin Pie Playdough

Kelly R:  This pumpkin pie playdough smells delicious, and will keep little hands occupied while you're busy in the kitchen on Thanksgiving! Make a batch earlier in the week and keep it tightly sealed to stay fresh.

    Thanksgiving Pie Garland

Shila:  These adorable mini pies are fun Thanksgiving crafts for kids who are a bit older. Get creative making other favorite pies, too! String them around the house for fun holiday décor.

    Apple Stamping

Shila:  If you have apples left over from your family's latest apple picking adventure, think about using some to make easy Thanksgiving crafts this year. Try apple stamping! Simply slice an apple parallel to its core for an apple-shaped "rubber stamper" to use with paint. Stamp on paper or on fabric, like a white hand towel. This could make a really cute keepsake or meaningful homemade gift.

    Fingerprint Turkey Napkin Rings

Shila:  These Thanksgiving fingerprint napkin holders are adorable and meaningful. Easily made from a ring of card stock, the sweetest part is the actual thumbprints for feathers of the turkey. These are excellent Thanksgiving crafts for toddlers and preschoolers to do alongside an adult.

    Clothespin & Leaf Turkey Craft

Shila:  I love crafts for Thanksgiving that get kids outdoors exploring nature. Challenge them to go find a collection of fallen leaves in a variety of colors. Imagine the leaves as if they are "turkey feathers." Affix a clothespin to each and draw on a turkey face to complete the look.
