Dallas Free Museum Days (2024 Calendar)

The Nasher Sculpture Center offers free days on the first Saturday of every month. Nasher is home to one of the finest collections of modern and contemporary sculpture in the world.

The Irving Arts Center offers free days on the second Sunday of every month. Second Sunday Fundays at Irving Arts Center are meant to provide a space for adults and kids to experience and create art together! Check the website for upcoming themes.

The Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Gardens offers $3 admission during the month of August. The Children's Adventure Garden is an additional $3. Walk through the beautiful botanical gardens with a gorgeous view of White Rock Lake, and explore the many offerings of the Rory Meyers Children's Adventure Garden.

Trinity River Audubon Center is piloting a free admission program in an effort to reconnect with the community and reduce barriers to entry. This center is your gateway to explore the amazing resources of the 6,000-acre Great Trinity Forest, the largest urban hardwood forest in the United States.

Nash Farm always offers free admission. Grapevine’s agrarian traditions are preserved at Nash Farm, which includes the original 1869 farmhouse, historic barn and other structures. The farm grounds, petting zoo, historic structures and exhibits are open for self-guided tours during regular business hours, and also offer fun and educational family-friendly events throughout the year.

General admission to the Dallas Museum of Art is always free. They do require visitors to have a ticket for entry. There's plenty to see and do at DMA! Be sure to check out their family programs.
