Room To Ride Equestrian Center
Beth Wood: Room to Ride offers riding instruction to beginner and intermediate riders. Students are taught to understand and feel the horse while riding, which fosters a partnership between horse and rider. They are also taught basic horsemanship skills (grooming, tacking, leading).
Similar to belts in Karate, Room to Ride offers their unique "Colors of Riding" program where students receive different colored monogrammed saddle pads as they progress in their riding.
Star Stables
Erin P.: Star Stables has a very qualified instructor staff. Generally students ride one hour a week on the same day and time month after month. Please call to get an appointed time according to your skill level and age. They provide coaching on the weekends at shows. They instruct off site on the weekends for advanced riders.
Southport Equestrian Center
Beth Wood: The Southport Equestrian Center offers an encouraging and supportive environment for children and adults to learn riding skills in both English and Western riding styles. Riders will also learn about basic horse care and how to groom, saddle, and bridle a horse.

Taylor Turn Stable
Beth Wood: Taylor Turn Stable offers lessons for beginners to advanced riders in both English and Western disciplines to children and adults.
