Kid-Friendly Fun Runs in Los Angeles

Here's a list of the best kid-friendly races and fun runs around Los Angeles to lace up your shoes and get moving together as a family to support healthy habits and good causes. These fun-filled events make it motivating for children with age-appropriate kiddie races, activities, party favors, and extraordinary entertainment and celebrations after the finish line!

    Dino Dash

This event is youth-centered as it aims to raise money for local schools, but there are plenty of ways for kids to get involved, too. Participants can run in a half-marathon, a 10K, a 5K, a 2K Fun Run, or a 5K Family Bike Ride (there's a separate bike tour for ages 13+). Kids can earn prizes for winning/completing events, like mini dino figures and trophies, plus there are games, activities, exhibits, and musical entertainment afterward.

Older kids participate in the walk/run alongside grownups, while younger kids have their own separate event. After the races, there will be a live DJ, vendor giveaways, Kids Zone, and more.
