As You Wish Pottery
As You Wish Pottery invites drop-in artists to come in and create a special piece. Young artists can stop in anytime, or they also accept reservations. The little artists can select from among the extensive collection of pottery to paint. There is a 3-5 day turnaround time if the piece is glazed and fired. If you would like to take it home on the same day, you can paint with acrylic paints.

Creative Color Art Studios
Creative Color Art Studios with Carrie Curran offers a variety of options for little artists to experiment with art in a variety of mediums. Check their calendar for these opportunities, which include drop-off workshops in which kids can explore drawing, painting, mixed media and sculpture projects as well as Family Art sessions in which parents or guardians can paint right alongside their child.
My Painting Place
My Painting Place offers open paint hours. They also offer classes that are three hours, and the cost of the class includes all materials and instruction to complete a 16x20 painting. Teaching artists provide step-by-step instruction to guide the young artists as they complete their painting. All skill levels are welcome.
Rachel's Young at Art Studio
Rachel's Young at Art strives to use art to help grow children's confidence, sense of accomplishment, and overall identity. They offer a variety of drop-in classes. Mommy and Me classes are for a parent and tot and offer a great opportunity for little ones to discover new media, like clay and paint. Kids who are a bit older might enjoy the Mini Monets After School Art Program, where teachers will present art instruction and projects using professional media.
