Best Mommy and Me Classes Around LA & OC

Erynn:  You might think an art museum is a place that's too stuffy for preschoolers, but that's not the case here- art education and experiences are for everyone. Mixed-media art classes let the preschool set develop their art skills. Classes involve hands-on activities, stories, and artistic exploration.

Erynn:  The Hidden Valley Nature Center hosts Knee High Naturalists, a weekly program for young children and their care givers. Bond, explore and discover nature with your little one with hands-on learning including, hikes, music, arts, crafts, and games.

Erynn:  Preschool Programs last about an hour and have hands-on learning experiences and animal-related crafts. Varying themes cover different topics, but some classes do repeat. Parents get to stay and play, too.

Erynn:   Baby & Me: Ra Yoga combines relaxing poses with fun games for babies that keep everyone entertained and comfortable. Meeting other parents is also a highlight, and all parents are welcome, not just mamas!

With materials like recycled components, plaster, watercolors, and more, even the youngest artists will learn to master tools and methods. Erynn:  Even the littlest movers and groovers can take classes at the Bloom School. Bring your young musicians and dancers to sing, dance, and explore in Family Music and Dance classes.

Shila:  Young families at PlayCreations love their enrichment classes, specialized sensory projects, preschool prep, and more! Mommy and Me Classes can be held at a host family’s home or at one of their partner spaces around LA. Classes can range in subjects from Baby Signing to Jewish learning.

Erynn:  Moms (and dads) can attend a Baby and Me class where little ones join in as mom "works out the kinks" in her new body! Babies are welcome to attend, but after they begin walking, Toddler and Me is the next level up for kiddo participation.

SignShine helps parents introduce American Sign Language to their little ones in a fun and interactive environment.
