Shila: Pups (birth - age 4) and Cats (ages 4 - 5) enjoy weekly time with their parents and caregivers dancing, singing, and playing with instruments. Discovery Center - SPARK!
Shila: This community-focused children's museum offers hands-on play and educational opportunities for kids. In addition, you can enhance your parent-child interaction by attending the museums's weekly SPARK! program. This is designed for young children alongside their caregivers to explore STEAM-based curricula together. The schedule of enrichment activities are continually refreshed and available online.

Adventure Science Center - Early Explorers
Shila: Adventure Science Center has been "opening minds to the wonders of science for more than 70 years." Kids can experience planetarium shows, interactive media, two indoor playgrounds and much more. "Early Explorers" especially accommodates preschoolers and their parents or caregivers by opening the museum doors 1 hour early on select days. You can enjoy an age-appropriate planetarium show, story time, or just enjoy the exhibits before the doors are then opened to the general public.

Nashville Ballet
Shila: As one of the largest professional ballet companies in Tennessee, Mommy & Me at Nashville Ballet offers flexible class times both during the week and on weekends. My Gym - Brentwood
Shila: My Gym is a kids fitness gym with class enrollment offerings geared for early childhood development. You'll see the schedule consisting of age-appropriate music classes, art, gymnastics, cheering, literacy, movement and much more. The earliest of youngsters are joined by their parents or caregivers as they assist in safe movement, stretching, kicking, balancing, toddling, and overall fun, physical development skills.
Harpeth Gymnastics
Shila: A great facility to enroll in recreational or competitive gymnastics and tumbling, Harpeth Gymnastics also offers a Mommy and Me Class for the littlest gymnasts and parents. During select days, a coach-led class is held in an effort to help your child explore their ever-growing gross motor skills! Let them run around here; you'll assist your child in stretching, swinging, rolling, flipping and more age-appropriate tricks.
