#IMOMSOHARD
Kelly R: Comedians/moms/best friends Kristin and Jen were already on my radar for their hilarious #IMOMSOHARD web series, so I was beyond thrilled when they started a podcast. These ladies tell it like it is when it comes to motherhood, sharing uncensored experiences with raising their kids. It's so relatable and funny that it makes you feel like you're listening in on a happy hour (and sometimes you are).
The Lazy Genius
Kelly R: Kendra Adachi's The Lazy Genius podcast focuses less on dishing out one-size-fits-all advice and more on helping you decide what's important to your own family while letting go of the rest. I think this liberating approach makes it one of the best podcasts for parents, and you'll listen to it feeling empowered, not imperfect. Expect practical tips along the way for everything from feeding the family to managing screen time to tackling the laundry.
The Mom Hour
The Mom Hour podcast offers practical advice and encouragement for moms, helping them navigate the challenges and joys of motherhood with humor, empathy, and real-life experiences.
This Unmillennial Life
Kelly R: This Unmillennial Life is one of the best podcasts for women who are in the stage of life where all of the millennial content out there isn't really speaking to them. Host Regan Jones is a dietitian, so many episodes focus on health and nutrition-related topics, but the gems for parents are the episodes that discuss her experience as a mom of kids who are a little older. She invites expert guests to tackle topics that you don't often hear about in parenting podcasts, like middle school parenting, social skills and e-cigarettes.
