Erynn:  At Tutu School, toddlers and their caregivers gain exposure to creativity, movement, and music through introductory ballet. And you may want to put your own dancing shoes on; parent or guardian participation is requested.

Gina I.:  Tum e Time's mom & baby classes are designed to provide you with the skills and resources to promote infant development. Two, 4-week classes are available. Part 1 is designed for newborns thru 5 months, and covers infant massage, tummy time, sensory play, sign language and more. Gina I.:  Practice yoga in a fun and supportive environment at Blossom! They offer a Mom & Baby class as well as Mom & Toddler Yoga, which is also open to dads. There are a variety of class options and levels to choose from, and no prior yoga experience is necessary!

Cost: $20/class, 8-class & monthly passes available

Erynn:  These 40-minute mom-and-tot classes invite caregivers to explore music, rhythm dance and movement, and musical games together! Activities include finger play, hand movement, foot-stomping, hand-clapping, dancing, and even instrument jamming.

No prior dance experience is necessary. All you need is a baby carrier and a willingness to have fun! If your little one is too big for a carrier, they have a play area setup in the classroom.

Cost: drop-in: $15/20, 4-week series: $50/$70. Lower price reflects member discount

Erynn:  With both Baby and Me and Baby and Me en Espanol, there's a tot-and-parent class for every little one and their caregiver to enjoy and explore art. Classes involve potentially messy and totally fun art materials and projects that are process-based rather than focused on the end result.

Shila:  Parent and Child Mosiac Workshops at Terra Mia invite you to set away some time and create something special together. This recurring monthly event supplies all the art studio materials to make a fun and colorful mirror frame together.

Erynn:  Music Together's classes involve babies and children up to age five with their caregivers so that everyone can have a musically engaging experience! No pressure is placed on kids (or parents) to "perform," so children learn gently in a mixed-age or infants-only environment at their own pace via "osmosis." Also, ask about their free trial class!

Ages: birth to 5

Cost: Starts at $90/3 weeks; Infant siblings under 8 months are free with a registered sibling

Erynn:  The Little Learners and Animal Adventures programs invite young children and their grownups to learn about animals, enjoy a craft, and meet a new creature every week! For the Animal Adventures sessions, children will practice preschool skills like learning letters, colors, patterns, and sizes.

Ages: 18 months to 4.5 years

Cost: $35/child; includes zoo admission

Erynn:  The name says it all: Discover Together is for toddlers and parents to learn and explore as they get ready for preschool! Sessions occur once per week for between 8 and 10 weeks (seasonally) and allow parents and their tots to learn and make friends together.
