Best Mommy and Me Classes in the Twin Cities

The Preschool Program at Gleason's Gym strives to build and strengthen little ones' confidence, positive self-image, and problem-solving skills in a supportive environment. The Bitty-Mites class introduces two-year-olds to the Gleason’s gymnastic environment. Children use mats, parachutes, trampolines, and more. A parent/guardian participates in class with their child.

In the parent-participation class at IGM Gymnastics, parents and toddlers share in the fun of the class. Professional instructors set up age-appropriate equipment, build obstacle courses, and play kid-friendly music. Children work on coordination, rhythm, spatial awareness, social, and motor skills.

Mommy & Me is a 45-minute co-ed class that brings the parent into the gym amidst the excitement in this coach-led, parent-assisted class. The next-level class, Stars, introduces the fundamentals of gymnastics that are worked on throughout the program, leading into their recreational classes. 

Mini-Hops is a popular spot for gymnastics, in particular due to its age appropriate equipment ranging from babies to high school. Tots can enjoy kid-sized monkey bars, trampolines, bars, rings, foam-filled pit, mats for movement, and more!
