YogaKids of Oak Park
Kelly R: "Yoga Kim" Vulinovik has been teaching yoga to kids and teens for over 15 years under the YogaKids methodology. Classes are held at Ahimsa in Oak Park, a spacious studio with comfortable seating for waiting parents. Classes include Lower Elementary, Upper Elementary, and Tween and Teen Yoga. Kim also holds pre-school classes at day care facilities, and partners with PTOs for after-school classes at elementary schools.

Chrissy OGorman: Children’s yoga experts at Heaven Meets Earth can help child or teen is experiencing anxiety, depression, weight or self-esteem issues or has been diagnosed with ADD/ADHD. They'll also come to you school and provide yoga and meditation programming. During the summer they offer fun camps for kids. Heaven Meets Earth is has a very inclusive feeling and a cute boutique filled with yoga accessories.

In Youth Yoga older kids will be introduced to breathing techniques, flowing yoga asanas (poses), guided relaxation with visualization, and meditation. And, they occasionally offer a family yoga class where everyone can practice together!
