This is one of our two favorite places to stay at the Dells (Kalahari is the other), and what we like best about Wilderness is the awesome indoor wave pool, which my kids can play in for HOURS. We rented a cabana next to it the last time we went, and it was SO worth the added expense. We'd never done it before because we figured it wasn't worthwhile since we were staying at the resort, but it made it so much more comfortable to stay by the pool all day without having to trek back and forth between our rooms. We're often able to find good deals for the Wilderness, too.
