The Hopkinton Center for the Arts provides year-round classes in the visual and performing arts. Experienced instructors lead the classes, which are specifically designed for different age groups and interests. Kids can take classes to learn how to paint, knit, sew, make ceramics, and more.

Plaster Fun Time has several convenient locations and is a great place for kids to drop-in for some creative fun. All of the items painted are plaster which makes them easy to work with as the paint dries quickly and projects are ready to go home that day. Finished items are sealed with a polyurethane spray that creates the appearance that it has been fired in a kiln, but without the wait.

Brush and Easel Inc. offers drawing and painting classes for kids in 4 ages ranges. Nicole's Art Spot offers drop-in hours for kids who want to explore a variety of arts and crafts. Kids can choose from projects such as painting a silk sun-catcher, painting a tote bag, or hand sewing a stuffed animal, pillow or bag. Little artists can also learn to knit or paint with watercolor and tempera paints.
