Recreational gymnastics classes at the American Academy of Gymnastics begin at the start of the school year and continue through the academic year. Their curriculum is designed to help students learn the foundational gymnastics skills first and then advance to learn more advanced techniques as they grow. I grew up learning gymnastics at AAG. When I became a gymnastics coach as a young adult, the company I worked for told me I had been so well-trained that they were really impressed! When my daughter expressed an interest in gymnastics, I brought her here, and she was taught by the same coach who taught me!
