This race raises awareness and funds to support Earth Day Indiana, an environmental awareness organization committed to recycling. They will have a recycling dumpster for plastic water bottles; bibs are ones left over from previous 5Ks and participants will receive a recycled (unused) commemorative medal from a previous 5K event attached to a lanyard that is made from recycled plastic bottles.
