My kids enjoyed this place, and I felt that it was very well-monitored by the staff. I like that the setup is arranged around a central area where parents can stand and keep an eye on their kids without having to do a lot of walking around. Plan to purchase their bounce socks, as you're required to use them even if you have a pair from a competitor. They do have free lockers, which I thought was a nice touch.
