Santa definitely wraps presents in my household. I love seeing the anticipation and surprise look once my children unwrap their gifts on Christmas.

Last year for my oldest daughter's birthday I threw her a surprise slumber party and decorated our entire place with some of her favorite colors and had the cutest backdrop for pictures with her friends. We had cool foods and homemade glittery pouch drinks. I set up a cute make up station and did all of the girls makeup which they all enjoyed so much. We played different games and a special "Do You Know The Birthday Girl" game which she really loved.

Whenever my children and I dine out, I typically let them decide on their own meals/drinks which I feel like makes it more fun and entertaining for them. While waiting for our food we may catch up on or even play some games just to keep everyone a little entertained as well.

When it comes to picky eaters I try to veer away from making multiple meals only because I want my children to actually try something before just deciding "they just don't like" something. I have also found different ways to make meals and hide certain ingredients/foods they may not like and it definitely works. There are also times when I decide to "cave in" and just give that specific meal just to assure my picky eater is actually eating. Either way I'm learning to just be patient because children's appetites or what they may like changes as they grow.

My oldest was about 5 when her father got her a cellphone( with my permission ofc) but she really didnt use it until she was older. I decided to get her an iPhone when she was about 8( she is 10yrs old now) which has worked out because she's very responsible and she understands there are rules and consequences.

I say midnight or past midnight but I also know my children, they'll be knocked out before midnight anyway lol

Thats the one thing I usually try to make from myself.. since Santa gets the gifts lol

Now I do not have the "original" Elf on The Shelf but I do have a plush like Elf on The Shelf that I usually just set out for decorations every year but I think I am going to start using that one to do the deeds.. if you know what I mean lol ;)

I usually try to wait either a few days or the week after Thanksgiving butttt...this year I am impatient so its going up like tomorrow lol

Sometimes. It really depends on where I purchased them from honestly.

Yasss! It’s like they either forget it’s there or they’re over all of the Halloween candy quickly lol. I agree 100% mama

I actually let them enjoy their candy because I know my children wont go too crazy anyway

Though I have done it both ways in which I feel waiting until after the party is SOOOOO much easier and alot more calmer, I kind of enjoy opening at the party that way the guest can see the excitement and feel the appreciation of their gift.

I would trust my 11/12yr old but with everything going on now and days this is kind of a scary thought. I just dont feel like its as safe as it use to be.

I let my children pick out a new costume every year but we save the older ones for "play clothes".

While all my children(ages 9,6, and 4) have tablets I refuse for them to have social media right now. My oldest does have a cell phone as well but the most she is allowed is Tiktok(child account and monitored ofc). I'm not sure if I will ever allow them to use social media such as Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter due to how much they could actually be exposed to.

I usually try to do laundry every other week(as much as I despise it) but we all know as moms there is always a chance it turns to into almost everyday. Between my work scrubs and the kids sports stuff it feels like I do laundry everyday *rolls eyes*

I make sure to at least purchase a small package or digital package so I am able to look back on the memories or their growth for each year. I do the same with their sports

Of course I dress up! Plus my children love the fact that I'm involved and in the Halloween spirit as well :)
