In addition to the gymnastics skills, classes at Broderick Gymnastics promote an athlete's overall fitness by building up self-esteem, strength and body awareness. The preschoolers will be introduced to the sport, building a foundation with age-appropriate activities. Starting at age 5 kids can further develop their gymnastics classes at advancing skill levels. Most classes will be split by gender and skill level. Broderick also offers a Tumble class for kids to advance their tumbling skills on the track. strip and spring floor.
